CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be dry and free of dirt, grease, moss, lime, old paint.
For new walls, it takes at least 12 days for the structure to stabilize before painting.
It is recommended to use waterproofing agent KOVA CT-11A, mastic KOVA KL-5 on the wall before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5 on the wall.
CONSTRUCTION
Step 1:Thoroughly stir the paint composition. Add all the additives to the paint, absolutely do not leave any additives, stir again, can add 5-10% clean water to fit the liquid (The weight of 2 components has been weighed in the barrel according to the prescribed ratio. , the paint film will not dry without enough additives).
Step 2:Allow about 3 minutes for the additive to fully react with the paint. Stir once more before painting.
Step 3:Apply 2 coats of KL-5, each layer at least 8 hours apart. The paint film reaches the maximum hardness after 7 days (Must use all paint within 30-45 minutes after mixing the 2 components, after that time the paint will harden and the quality will decrease. arrive there).
NOTE
Only apply when the weather is dry and the surface temperature does not exceed 400C. Do not apply in high humidity weather.
When construction and after construction is completed, ensure ventilation so that the paint film dries quickly and ensures gloss. If the surface is not good, it will make the paint take a long time to dry and the paint will be white and translucent, losing its luster.
Do not apply paint on cement paste, ceramic tiles, stone and other very smooth surfaces because the paint is difficult to adhere to.
