Color Waterproofing Agent KOVA CT-11A Color is a water based, one component, acrylic based waterproofing agent. Color Waterproofing CT-11A Color has durable waterproofing ability, stretch waterproof membrane and has a decorative paint-like surface finish with modern colors. Special paint film structure helps prevent dust, moss.
Color waterproofing KOVA CT-11A Color is very convenient to apply, no need to mix cement and apply directly on mortar/cement (for new walls), instead of conventional decorative paint products.
Theoretical norm: 2 - 3 m2/kg for 2 - 3 layers depending on the construction conditions of the wall.
Thickness: 115 - 170 µm corresponding to the above rating, under normal construction conditions.
CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface preparation
New wall
New walls should be allowed to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12-15 days) and clean from dust.
It is recommended to check to ensure that the wall humidity is <16% according to the Protimeter moisture meter.
The surface of concrete walls and cement mortars must be sufficiently marked, not convex and concave, ensuring relative flatness.
Old wall
Old walls must be completely removed from the surface of old paints and limes, grease, moss, paint, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry.
It is recommended to check to ensure that the wall humidity is <16% according to the Protimeter moisture meter.
Apply 1 coat of KOVA Alkali Resistant Exterior Primer before applying CT-11A Color.

Construction
Step 1: Stir thoroughly KOVA CT-11A Color Waterproofing Agent.
Step 2:Finish 2 - 3 coats of KOVA CT-11A Color Waterproofing Agent. Each class is spaced 3-4 hours apart.
NOTE
If the weather is too dry, it is necessary to moisten the wall before applying. Apply on a sunny day, the surface temperature does not exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
Clean tools with clean water immediately after use.
Avoid contact with water for a minimum of 8 hours after finishing.
