KOVA K-203 Interior Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Interior paint KOVA K-203 is an indoor Styren Acrylic paint system with a beautiful smooth surface, completely tropicalized, very suitable for the hot and humid climate of Vietnam. Suitable for a wide range of surfaces of all civil and industrial constructions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Packing : 5kg carton; Carton 25kg
Applicable surface: Indoor surfaces of concrete, mortar, and cement walls after using mastic to smooth and coated with Alkali Resistant Interior Primer.
Theoretical norm: 4.0 - 5.0m ² /kg for 02 classes. Depending on construction requirements, surface and construction techniques.
Dry thickness: 40-50µm (for one coat) under normal application conditions

Surface preparation

• New walls: must be allowed to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12-15 days). Clean dirt.
• Old wall: must remove grease, moss, paint layers, old lime, then wash thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
• On the surface of mortar and putty, it is mandatory to use KOVA Alkaline Resistant Interior Primer.
• On the surface of putty or Mastic must clean dust. Then it is mandatory to apply KOVA Alkali Resistant Interior Primer.

Construction

• Step 1: add clean water depending on the ratio of volume, temperature, humidity: add 5-15% clean water. Stir paint well before application.
• Step 2: Apply 2 coats of K-203 paint. Each class is spaced 3-4 hours apart.
