PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Self-Cleaning KOVA NANO Self-Cleaning paint with NANO technology for the paint film has the ability to self-isolate and remove dirt, making the paint surface always bright, beautiful and durable.
The NANO molecules are tightly arranged on the paint film to create a protective film that prevents dust and dirt from entering. Dust and dirt in the air are subjected to electrostatic attraction to form a film, the binding force is weak on the surface of the paint film, and it is easily separated from the surface by mechanical influences (when it rains or sprays water) to help the surface. Bright wall like new.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Packing :4kg carton Surfaces of application :Outdoor surfaces of concrete walls, cement mortar has been coated: High-grade waterproofing agent KOVA CT-11A Plus Wall and Exterior Primer Alkali Resistant KOVA, Mastic (Plastic/Powder) Exterior Exterior KOVA and KOVA Alkaline Resistant Exterior Primer. Dry thickness:35-40µm/1 layer Theoretical norm:6.0 – 6.5m2/kg/2 layers, depending on the material surface.
Surface preparation
New walls must be allowed to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12-15 days). Clean dirt.
Old walls must be scraped off grease, moss, old layers of paint and lime, then washed thoroughly with clean water and left to dry.
If it is necessary to smooth the wall, use Mastic (Plastic/Powder).
The mortar surface must be applied with KOVA Alkali Resistant Exterior Primer before applying topcoat.
Construction
Step 1: Add clean water according to the ratio of mass, temperature and humidity:
o Light color – white: add 5 – 15% water.
o Dark color: mix 0 - 5% water because dark color KOVA SELF-CLEANING paint has higher fluidity than light color - white.
o Must stir paint before application.
Step 2: Apply 2 coats of KOVA SELF-CLEANING primer on the surface. Each class is spaced 3-4 hours apart.

The working environment must be well ventilated. Wear gloves, masks and eye protection while working. In case of eye contact, wash with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor immediately. Please refer to the latest technical and safety documentation before use.
