PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Water-based paint based on Styrene Acrylic film-forming agent , used as an outdoor alkali resistant primer before decorative coating, has been completely tropicalized, suitable for the surface of buildings.

Thickness: 35 - 40µm (for one coat) under normal construction conditions

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
- New Walls: Must be allowed to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12-15 days) and cleaned of dirt.
- Old wall: Must scrape off grease, moss, old layers of paint, lime, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
CONSTRUCTION
- Step 1: Can add 5 -15% clean water depending on the ratio of weight, temperature and humidity. Stir again until the paint is uniform.
- Step 2: Apply 01 coat of alkali resistant primer. Let the primer dry for 3-4 hours before applying other decorative paints.
NOTE
- The blistered wall surfaces have been repaired many times, before painting should be completely scraped off the poor quality cement mortar and then re-plastered in the localized areas.
- Should be applied in sunny weather, the surface temperature of the material should not exceed 35 °C If necessary, cool the application surface with a damp cloth or roller.
- Clean tools with clean water immediately after use.
