KOVA SELF-LEVELING self-leveling epoxy primer is a 2-component water-based primer with many outstanding physical properties, used to smooth the floor before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5 floor, Industrial paint KOVA Solvent Free epoxy. Applications for floors of factories, hospitals, pharmacy warehouses, food factories, parking lots, hangars, basements, stadiums, swimming pools.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Applicable surface : Concrete surfaces, cement mortar.Theoretical norm: 0.8 – 1.5m 2 /kg (for 2 layers), depending on the surface of the material.
CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Do not put oil on the surface of the floor.
- All surfaces must be cleaned of dirt, grease, moss, lime, old paint. Then rinse the floor with clean water.
- For new concrete foundation, it takes at least 21 days for the structure to stabilize before applying mastic.
CONSTRUCTION
- Step 1: Stir the liquid ingredients thoroughly, then add all the additives and stir again. Let stand 3-5 minutes for the additive to react and stir again. Water can be added to thicken the consistency.
- Step 2: Apply 1-2 coats of KOVA SELF-LEVELING self-leveling epoxy primer, 12 hours apart. Allow to dry, then use sandpaper to sand flat, clean dust. Let it dry for at least 24 hours before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5 floor, Industrial paint EPOXY KOVA Solvent Free. KOVA SELF-LEVELING self-leveling epoxy primer will reach maximum hardness after 7 days.
NOTE
- The primer must be used up within 40 minutes of mixing the 2 components, after which time the primer will harden. Where to apply, mix there
