KOVA A9 water-based traffic paint is an advanced water-based traffic paint, based on Silicon modified Acrylic to create traffic paint with higher durability than the current solvent-based Alkyd paint. CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be free of dirt, grease and old paint layers.
Only apply when the surface temperature is about 10 0 C to 35 0 C. If the surface is too dry, it must be cool and moistened with clean water.
CONSTRUCTION
For concrete eel, multi-purpose sports field: use airless spray gun, roller or brush to apply 1-2 coats of A9 paint. If 2 layers are applied, the second layer is about 2 hours away from the first layer.
For concrete and bitumen pavement :operating a high-pressure airless sprayer with 01 layer of A9 paint with a thickness of 0.4 - 0.5mm. If you want to use it with reflective beads, you need to combine the spread of balls while the paint film is still wet and the beads must be submerged in the paint from 40 to 60%.
NOTE
Each small box of reflective traffic paint is 4kg, the rest is 5kg.
For plant pots with reverse seepage, KOVA CT-11A must be waterproofed before coating with traffic paint A9.
Do not store or store A9 paint in an environment exceeding 430C.
When using a sprayer, absolutely do not use a compressed air system (Compressor) because the paint film will dry immediately. Must use high pressure injection system without air (Airless)
