PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Art Stone is synthesized from mineral materials and Polyurethane thickeners, forming tight bonds with Silicon derivatives. KOVA art stone paint is extremely diverse in types, used for both indoor and outdoor.
Art Stone art paint has been completely tropicalized, very suitable for the hot and humid climate of Vietnam and architectural works with high aesthetic requirements.

- Structure of layered stone particles for a shiny paint film surface, creating a sparkling effect with high aesthetics.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Applicable surface: Concrete wall surfaces, cement mortar, waterproofing after using mastic KOVA to smooth and prime.
CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface preparation:
- New Walls: Must be allowed to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12 - 15 days). Clean dirt.
- Old walls must be shaved off grease, moss, paint layers, old lime. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
Construction of imitation stone paint
- Apply one to two coats of KOVA CT-11A Plus Waterproofing Wall (if the wall is permeable).
- Apply 2 coats of KOVA Flexible Mastic to smooth the surface.
- The flexible Mastic surface must be cleaned of dust, then it must be coated with KOVA alkali resistant primer.
- Use a spray gun or a trowel to apply artistic stone paint on the wall.
- Use a roller dipped in clean water to roll back to smooth the surface of the stone paint. Let dry for at least 24 hours and then flush with sandpaper.
- Avoid contact with water for 8 hours after finishing.
- If the surface of the wall is already flat and beautiful, not bordered, it is not necessary to smooth it with mastic, just roll the alkali resistant primer, the higher the product's durability.
- The beauty of the paint film depends a lot on the stone painting technique.
- Drying time depends on ventilation, ambient temperature and coating thickness.
- Use up the paint when it is mixed with water.
- Clean tools with clean water immediately after use.
