KOVA WATERPROOF PAINT ADDITIVE CT-11B

KOVA CT-11B waterproofing additive is a liquid additive, used to mix cement mortar and concrete, to increase the flexibility and plasticity of the mortar, prevent cracking of the cement mortar. , concrete at the same time increases the grade and waterproofing ability of the material.

Surface preparation

Clean the entire surface of cement, concrete: scrape off the mortar layer, damaged concrete, old paint layers, grease, chalk dust, mold moss.
Then wash it off.

Construction

1. Used to process pipes through the floor: To ensure that the pipe through the floor connects tightly to the concrete and increases the waterproofing ability at this junction, we use CT-11B as follows:

• Step 1: Thoroughly mix the cement, flint and CT-11B to a smooth consistency.*
• Step 2: Seal this mixture tightly into the abutment joint onto the concrete surface.

*Only mix CT-11B and align to fit, do not add water.

2. Used as a mix with concrete or mortar:

• Step 1: Prepare mixture CT-11B at the rate of 1kg CT-11B for 1 bag of 50kg cement (the amount of cement is calculated according to concrete or mortar).
• Step 2: Prepare the calculated amount of water according to concrete or mortar.
• Step 3: Put CT-11B into the prepared water, stir well. Use this mixture to mix concrete or cement mortar for construction.

NOTE

The mixture reached the highest hardness after 21 days. Using cement products modified (mixed) with CT-11B does not require water curing, just allows to dry naturally in the air. However, the bearing strength of this product is still much greater than that of unmodified cement that cures with water.
