Mastic KOVA KL-5 floor is a 3-component water-based mastic with many outstanding physical properties, used to smooth the floor before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5. Applications for floors of factories, hospitals, pharmacy warehouses, food factories, parking lots, hangars, basements, stadiums, swimming pools.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Packing : 5kg carton (set of 3 components); Part powder: 2.5kg ; Liquid part: 2.0kg ; Additives: 0.5kg
Applicable surface : Concrete surfaces, cement mortar.
Theoretical norm: 1 - 1.5mm (for 2 layers), under normal construction conditions.

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • All surfaces must be cleaned of dirt, grease, moss, lime, old paint. Then rinse the floor with clean water.
CONSTRUCTION
  • Step 1: Take the powder ingredients and slowly add them to the liquid, stirring while pouring. Then add all the additives and stir well. Let stand 3-5 minutes for the additive to react, stir again.
  • Step 2: Apply 2 layers of mastic KOVA KL-5 floor, each layer is separated by 12 hours. Allow to dry, then use sandpaper to sand flat, clean dust. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5. Mastic KOVA KL-5 floor will reach maximum hardness after 7 days
NOTE
  • The mastic must be used up within 45 minutes of mixing the 3 ingredients, after which time the mastic will solidify. Where to apply, mix mastic there
