PRODUCT INFORMATION

Dry thickness: 60 – 80µm (for 1 coat), under normal application conditions.
CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be dry and free of dirt, grease, moss, lime, old paint.
For new floors, it takes at least 21 days for the concrete structure to stabilize before painting
It is recommended to use waterproofing agent KOVA CT-11A, mastic KOVA KL-5 floor before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5 floor
CONSTRUCTION
Step 1: Stir the paint ingredients thoroughly. Add all additives to the paint, absolutely do not omit additives, stir again, can add 5-10% clean water to fit the liquid (The weight of 2 components has been weighed in the barrel according to the prescribed ratio. , the paint film will not dry without enough additives).
Step 2: Allow about 3 minutes for the additive to react with the paint. Stir once more before painting.
Step 3: Apply 2 layers of KL-5, each layer is spaced at least 12-24 hours apart. The paint film reaches its maximum hardness after 7 days (The paint must be used up within 30 minutes after mixing the 2 components, after that time the paint will harden and the quality will decrease. ).
NOTE
Only apply when the weather is dry and the surface temperature does not exceed 400C. Do not apply in high humidity weather.
When construction and after construction is completed, ensure ventilation so that the paint film dries quickly and ensures gloss. If the surface is not good, it will make the paint take a long time to dry and the paint will be white and translucent, losing its luster.
Do not apply paint on cement paste, ceramic tiles, stone and other very smooth surfaces because the paint is difficult to adhere to
