PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Interior putty KOVA DX is a putty designed to smooth indoor walls to cover imperfections before painting, has been fully tropicalized, suitable for most types of construction.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Pack: Bag 40kg
Applicable surface: Cement mortar, concrete, brick, plaster ceiling.
Dry Thickness: About 1mm per layer. The optimum thickness for 2 coats after drying is about 1.5 mm. Do not apply too thick powder because it will reduce the durability of the entire coating system
Theoretical norm: 35 – 40 m²/bag (for 2 layers), depending on the material surface

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
- New wall : Must be allowed to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12-15 days). Clean dirt.
- Old walls : Must remove grease, moss, old layers of paint, lime, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
CONSTRUCTION
- Step 1: Mix putty and clean water in the ratio of about 16-20 liters of clean water/bag. Add the putty slowly into clean water and stir thoroughly until the consistency is medium (a mixer is recommended). Let stand for 5 minutes, then stir again until homogeneous. Depending on the weather, if it is too thick, you can add a little water to make it easier to spread.
- Step 2: Use two layers of trowel, spaced 3-4 hours apart. Leave to dry after 6-8 hours, use sandpaper to flush flat, blow away dust, can apply primer.
NOTE
- The water used to make putty is absolutely clean water. Do not use dirty or contaminated water.
- If the wall has cracks, it must be filled with elastic waterproofing CT-14 first.
- If the weather is too dry, it is necessary to moisten the wall before applying putty.
- Plaster should not be applied too thickly because it will reduce the durability of the entire coating system.
- Use wherever, mix there. Should be applied within 60 minutes to avoid setting.
- Do not add other powders to KOVA putty.
- Clean tools with clean water immediately after use.
